Yes, it's finally happening, the first meeting of my on-going monthly tapping group is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 17th, 7-8:30pm. Many of you kept asking me, and I am very excited about getting this series started and seeing you soon. Costs are $20 per evening and person. This will be an on-going event every 3rd Tuesday a month - regulars and drop-ins are welcome. The goal is to help facilitate creating a supportive community of tappers. We'll explore specific topics and techniques, share experiences&resources, articles, and there will be space for questions. To get everybody up to speed, this first meeting I'll briefly re-cap the basic tapping technique and we'll start working on the "Personal Peace Procedure" together. The "Personal Peace Procedure" is a powerful process that you then can continue to work on by yourself even as an EFT newbie. We will be doing some hands-on tapping during these meetings. I'll have some notebooks available that you can turn into your "Tapping Journal" if you don't already keep one - a great tool for keeping track of progress, taking notes, remembering techniques and resources. Please be aware that this is a supportive group meeting - it is not therapy and not a place for resolving your deepest most complex issues.
